I enjoy doing a variety of exercise activities outside my home - ballet and modern dance classes, hot yoga, swimming, dog walks, and the occasional kayaking excursion, but I have also been a long-time fan of following along to Youtube videos. It’s amazing how much free knowledge there is on everything nowadays, and there’s some great fitness videos and channels out there that are my go-tos.

This is a great video that can range from beginner to more advanced with varying break times and modifications. It’s so important to work our backs for better posture. I’ve been meaning to check out this yt’s other videos.
